Every weekend, I love searching Pinterest for a wide variety of low carb Keto friendly recipes. There are so many it’s sometimes hard to choose. I love vegetables and love incorporating zucchini noodles into our meals. Whether it’s a light lunch, a meatless dinner or side dish. I often have zucchini in the fridge ready to spiral but sometimes I just need something FAST.
Low Carb Keto Alfredo Zoodles

Low carb Keto Alfredo Zoodles are a delicious and easy low carb Keto friendly meal!
Ingredients
12 oz Green Giant Zucchini Spirals
1 C. heavy cream or ½ & ½ creamer
2 tbsp. butter
¾ C. Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. minced garlic
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Prepare the Green Giant Zucchini Spirals according to the package directions.
Add the cream, minced garlic and butter to a medium saucepan.
Heat on medium heat, stirring every few minutes.
Once the mixture is heated (not boiling) add in the Parmesan cheese, stirring continuously.
*If the alfredo isn't as thick as you would like add more Parmesan cheese a little bit a time until the mixture thickens.
